Janice was one of the few volunteers among Neo-Synthex's agents. Her traumatic upbringing made her a perfect candidate. She survived an abusive father, who took sickening pleasure in molesting and assaulting both her and her mother. Social services managed to free them, but the damage had been done. The hellish experience made her callous, broken, and spiteful, which was just what Neo-Synthex wanted.

Fresh out of high-school, Janice was recruited by Neo-Synthex. Neo-synthex's plans of perfecting humanity immediately resonated with her, and she felt vindicated knowing she wasn’t the only one who recognized the problems with humanity. Furthermore, she saw this as an opportunity to change humanity in her own twisted way.

Synthex, not wanting to waste any opportunities with volunteers, gave her one of their new chimera mutagens, and set her off to training. Before long she had become a killing machine, graduating top in her class. She quickly moved up the ranks of neo-synthex, becoming one of their top agents.

It is best to avoid her entirely. She is infamous for poisoning men and watching them die. She is slightly less cruel toward those of her sex. She likes to carry around a few spare chimera mutations, and has a nasty habit of creating new “playmates”...
